Amar Kalsi is the founding member of Ramar Capital (an ANR Investments company) and it's related entities and is currently engaged in acquisition, rehabilitation and sales of distressed assets in South Jersey Market. He is also actively working on building a rental portfolio in the lower to mid rental segment.
Prior to his venture in real estate industry, he worked in the IT industry for 24 years where he worked alongside C-Level executives to identify market penetration opportunities in the IT industry. He developed micro and macro models to analyze data for predictive and perspective analytics to gain competitive advantage.
With his diverse technology & management background, he has been able to identify numerous real estate opportunities in South Jersey market and started a joint venture in real estate in 2015. In a span of three year time, Amar has done over 250 deals and 50 plus rehab projects. Ramar Capital and it's related entities now holds 100+ stabilized units in Camden and has a strategic goal of 500+ units in next 5 years. Amar also leaded the firms in wholesaling and rehabilitation of distressed assets.
Amar hold a degree in Electronics engineering with Post graduate in Marketing Management and is a certified Project Management (PMI) professional.
